web and marketing lead
$25-$35/hr, based on experience

• Manage Squarespace website including content updates, e-commerce (Stripe), event calendars, and ensuring mobile-friendly design

• Develop creative marketing strategies to reach parents of 3rd–8th graders through digital channels, community partnerships, and school outreach

• Create marketing materials including email newsletters, social media posts, and flyers while maintaining consistent brand messaging

• Squarespace fluency required (2-3 portfolio examples) plus experience with email marketing tools and parent-focused campaigns

3D Printing Instructors

We’re also hiring energetic, passionate instructors to lead our 3D Printing after-school program for students in grades 3rd-8th. We're looking for individuals with strong emotional intelligence, genuine care for children, and a commitment to creating an engaging and fun learning environment.

• Lead students in hands-on 3D printing activities around Portland schools

• Mondays to Thursdays in the afternoon (2 hours), with opportunities for additional hours

• Background check required

Lead Instructors
$25-$30/hr, based on experience

• Experience working with children in grades 3 to 8

• Strong public speaking skills

• Solid understanding of 3D printing technology and processes. Bonus if you’re very familiar with Tinkercad

• Ability to troubleshoot and guide students independently

Assistant Instructors
$20-$25/hr, based on experience

• Experience working with children in grades 3rd-8th

• No 3D printing experience necessary, but must be eager and able to learn

• Fantastic energy working with kids and a supportive team player who assists with program logistics
